Project Overview:

New Murabba Project Infrastructure” which will be built around the concept of sustainability, featuring green areas and walking and cycling paths that will enhance the quality of life by promoting healthy, active lifestyles and community activities. It will also feature an iconic museum, a technology and design university, a multipurpose immersive theater, and more than 80 entertainment and culture venues.

The project will be situated at the intersection of King Salman and King Khalid roads to the North West of Riyadh, over an area of 19 square kilometers, to accommodate hundreds of thousands of residents. The project will offer more than 25 million sqm of floor area, featuring more than 104,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, and more than 980,000 sqm of retail space, as well as 1.4 million sqm of office space, 620,000 sqm of leisure assets, and 1.8 million sqm of space dedicated to community facilities.

The New Murabba project will offer a unique living, working and entertainment experience within a 15-minute walking radius and will have its own internal transport system. It will be approximately 20-minutes' drive from the airport.

Job Summary:

The Cooperative Trainees will be given an overview and training in various Contract functions/verticals, The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program.

Major Responsibilities:

Cooperative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:

Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.

Cooperative Trainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.

Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Conducting research and analysis as required.
Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Students must be in the final stages of graduation.
Bachelor's degree program in Law at an accredited college or university.
Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum.
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.
Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Good Communication Skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable and can maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress.
Ability to work well in a team
Time management and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability and flexibility
Students should be from the core Law field.
Good Academic background.
The students must know the basic principles and practices
Problem-solving, entering and verifying data, working knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment.
