Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for heavy trucks and spare parts across the KSA site.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within the heavy trucks and spare parts market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of major sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions and superior customer service.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years and at least 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy equipmnts, trucks, spare parts, or a related automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the heavy vehicle and spare parts market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
