We recognize diversity and inclusion as the engine to growth and innovation, and continue to lead because we have an exceptional workforce that puts the client at the centre of everything.QualificationsDiploma (or equivalent) in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Field5 – 8 years of working experience in the HVAC industry / fieldA valid driving license is a plusKnowledge OfPrinciples and practices of HVAC equipment’s maintenance and repair inline with industry practices & manufacturer’s guidelinesHazar & Safety practices and procedures used in installing, repairing & maintaining HVAC equipment and MSDS sheets.Overall understanding & practices of tools utilization & managementPreparation & filling of inspection reports / Technical reportsOverall understanding & complying with quality management practices as per company standards & any other applicable quality standardsGood English knowledge in terms of speaking, writing, reading & listeningCommunication & inter-personal skills, team player & customer orientedBasic understanding & knowledge in Metal sheets, electrical, carpentry & Building Automation controlsKey Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesFollow standard processes to accomplish tasks (Understand & follow oral and written directions)Essential Task Description: (daily tasks and duties) including daily timesheetAttend & complete assigned tasks within assigned time to the best ability and ensure quality services & customer satisfaction. Leave site clean & neatKeep customer informed with the task nature & progress upon site arrival & prior leaving work site.
