Position: Procurement Manager / Procurement SupervisorLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Coffee / Beverages / F&BAbout The RoleWe are partnering with one of the leading and most reputable companies in Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Procurement Manager / Supervisor to lead and manage the procurement operations for its coffee and beverages division.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B procurement, particularly within coffee chains, cafés, or beverage manufacturing environments, and will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective sourcing, quality assurance, and timely availability of materials and supplies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies for all F&B-related materials, ingredients, packaging, and equipment.Source, negotiate, and maintain contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.Manage the full procurement cycle, including purchase planning, order processing, vendor selection, and evaluation.Work closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams to forecast needs and ensure uninterrupted supply.Identify and onboard reliable vendors specializing in coffee beans, equipment, café consumables, and beverages.Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to maintain competitive advantage.Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and health & safety requirements.Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.Lead, train, and support the procurement team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5–10 years of experience in procurement within the coffee, café, or F&B industry.Strong negotiation, supplier management, and sourcing skills.Solid understanding of F&B supply chains, food safety, and inventory control.Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work with one of the leading brands in Saudi Arabia’s F&B sector.Competitive salary package with attractive benefits.Growth-oriented, dynamic work environment.
