Job DescriptionThe SAP PI/PO Expert is responsible for leading the architecture, development, and maintenance of SAP integration landscapes using SAP Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO). This role involves managing complex interface solutions between SAP and external systems using IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, and file adapters.The candidate will lead technical teams, resolve integration issues, and directly engage with clients to gather requirements and provide guidance on interface design, implementation, and monitoring. Experience with S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is expected.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the SAP PI/PO integration strategy across projectsDesign and manage end-to-end interface solutionsOversee configuration of communication channels, mappings, and adaptersResolve interface failures and conduct root cause analysisManage migration activities from PI/PO to SAP CPI when applicableMaintain interface documentation, technical specs, and configuration recordsCollaborate with functional consultants to align integration with business processesConduct performance tuning and interface optimizationEnsure secure and compliant integration practicesProvide leadership and mentorship to technical teamsRequired Qualifications & SkillsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fieldSAP certification in PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite preferredProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plusExperience8–12 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in Payment & Cash Management2+ years in a team leadership or managerial roleProven experience delivering SAP payment solutions in large-scale projectsExperience in client engagement and treasury process consultingAt least 5 years of experience in the banking sectorTechnical & Functional SkillsDeep knowledge of SAP PI/PO 7.3 or higher (ESR/ID configurations)Proficient in mapping techniques (graphical, Java, XSLT)Hands-on with synchronous/asynchronous interface designExperience with SOAP, REST, OData, and API-based integrationUnderstanding of BPM, ccBPM, and Adapter FrameworkFamiliarity with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and hybrid scenariosKnowledge of integration security (SSL, SAML, certificate management)Soft SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflictsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailProven leadership, mentoring, and client-facing capabilitiesHigh accountability and ability to perform under pressureComfortable working across functions and managing cross-border teamsWork Environment & ConditionsDynamic consulting environment managing multiple concurrent projects and client engagementsTravel might be required within the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaGlobal collaboration across multiple time zones with international teamsRegular participation in virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and training sessionsContinuous professional development through SAP certifications, training, and industry eventsHigh-paced environment requiring strong time management and prioritization skillsClient-facing responsibilities including presentations, workshops, and stakeholder managementAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
