Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate - Finance to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in finance and gain valuable experience in a corporate environment. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Support the financial analysis of business operations and investment opportunities Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data Participate in the development and implementation of financial strategies Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department Assist in the preparation of presentations for management and stakeholders Support month-end and year-end closing processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets Basic understanding of financial principles and practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
