The role requires managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, developing strategic accounts, and enabling revenue growth through targeted sales programs and customer engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver sales across industries by deploying domain sales expertise.Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.Represent the organization in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations.Develop and execute Account Development Plans (ADPs).Formulate and implement ICT strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Lead account build-up activities and pitch tailored ICT solutions to customers.Run targeted sales campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer events (aligned with Ooredoo’s marketing budget).Perform account mapping, planning, and penetration strategies to expand presence.Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships.Drive revenue growth, retention, and ICT penetration across all market segments.Own the ICT P&L and ensure achievement of annual financial targets.Develop ICT propositions aligned with customer needs, business cases, and market opportunities.Track ICT market trends and align roadmap execution with segment marketing plans.Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.Work closely with pre-sales and bid management to shape winning proposals.Capture post-sale feedback to improve propositions and customer experience.Collaborate with ICT partners and vendors to co-sell and expand solution offerings.Ensure adherence to internal sales policies, pricing approvals, and contract terms.Tools & Platforms CRM (e.g., Salesforce), BI dashboards, sales enablement platforms.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, ICT, or related field.12+ & 20+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in ICT sales/solutions.Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.In-depth knowledge of ICT solutions, including Cloud, Data, Security, and Managed Services.Excellent account management and business development skills.Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.Experience in account-based marketing and targeted sales campaigns.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer needs into ICT solutions.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Key CompetenciesResult-oriented with strong business acumen.Ability to manage P&L and drive profitable growth.Leadership in developing sales strategies and market penetration.Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
