This role is pivotal in managing and providing outstanding service to a diverse portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients. As the key point of contact, you will work collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams to ensure all client needs are met through effective communication and technical expertise. You'll drive customer retention and revenue growth by building robust relationships and leveraging your knowledge of insurance processes.
