We are looking for an experienced IBM Middleware Developer with at least 2 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, IIB (IBM Integration Bus), or ACE.
- Configure and support messaging, integration flows, and middleware components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with application developers, architects, and system administrators to deliver integrated solutions.
- Implement middleware best practices, security standards, and monitoring solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM Middleware tools (WebSphere, MQ, IIB/ACE).
- Strong understanding of middleware architecture, SOA, and integration patterns.
- Experience with APIs, SOAP, REST, and microservices integration.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- IBM Certified Developer certification.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
