Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Project Leadership & DeliveryPlan, execute, and deliver the on-premises to cloud migration project according to defined scope, timelines, and budgetsLead and drive cross-functional technical teams to achieve project milestonesIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful deliveryStakeholder & Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and metFacilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and business usersFinancial & GovernanceOwn the financial tracking and expense approvals for the project, ensuring spend is aligned with budgetsApprove and publish the monthly POR (Project Operating Report) for leadership visibilityProvide timely status updates, financial forecasts, and reports to management and clientsCommunication & ReportingEnsure clear, consistent, and transparent project communications across all levels of the organizationPresent project health, key risks, and progress during regular management and stakeholder reviewsMaintain daily calls with client to show progressMaintain weekly project report and monthly project report for client and internal ManagementMaintain detailed documentation, including project plans, change requests, and closure reportsSkills & QualificationsMinimum of 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projectsStrong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure platformsProven experience in budget tracking, financial reporting, and vendor managementExcellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and MS ProjectStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesPMP, PRINCE2, or AWS/Azure Cloud certifications are a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
