Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Develop, customize, and manage SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online / On-Prem).
- Build and maintain SharePoint components such as lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across applications and SharePoint environments.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
- Prepare technical documentation and system guides.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies (.NET, C#, Node.js, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Prem.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Experience working with databases (SQL Server or equivalent).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with legacy systems is a plus.
