Job Description
- Supervise daily vehicle operations and ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Handle registration, insurance, and periodic renewal of company vehicles in compliance with Saudi traffic regulations.
- Coordinate with government platforms (Absher, Tamm, Moroor) for vehicle-related processes.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, repairs, and vendor performance to control costs and ensure quality.
- Manage vehicle and driver tracking through GPS and related systems.
- Maintain detailed fleet records (usage, maintenance, fuel, incidents).
- Collaborate with operations teams to support transport and logistics needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet or transport management.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi traffic laws and fleet compliance.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
