Job Requirements

1- Proven B2B sales or business development experience.

2- Good understanding of organizational performance, strategic planning, KPIs, projects, or digital transformation challenges.

3- Existing professional relationships potential clients and the ability to access relevant decision-makers are strongly preferred.

4- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and close business.

5- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, management systems, consulting services, or technology solutions is strongly preferred.

6- Ability to understand a comprehensive business application and communicate its value in clear, outcome-oriented language.

7- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet agreed sales targets.

8- Availability to attend client meetings and coordinate remotely with the TrackView team.

Job Duties

1- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for TrackView within the assigned area.

2- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of companies and relevant decision-makers.

3- Approach senior stakeholders such as business owners, CEOs, strategy and performance leaders, PMO leaders, operations executives, and IT decision-makers.

4- Understand prospects' needs and demonstrate how TrackView can support strategy execution, KPI and OKR management, projects and initiatives, operational plans, risks, issues, governance, and management reporting.

5- Arrange and participate in discovery meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with the Techno Management team.

6- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals using approved TrackView materials.

7- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, follow-up actions, and expected closing dates.

8- Follow up consistently with prospects and coordinate internally until opportunities are closed.

9- Monitor opportunity developments, competitors, and customer needs, and share relevant market feedback.

10- Represent TrackView professionally and protect the confidentiality of company, product, pricing, and customer information.

1- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

2- Consultative selling approach with the ability to listen, diagnose business needs, and propose suitable solutions.

3- Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and strongly focused on results.

4- Professional appearance and conduct when representing Techno Management and TrackView.

5- Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

2- Good command of English; strong business communication skills in Arabic are required.

3- Relevant sales, technology, or business-development certifications are an advantage.

2- Summary of relevant accounts, market segments, or professional networks handled, without disclosing confidential information.

3- Examples of sales achievements, including targets, deal sizes, or solutions sold, where available.

4- Two professional references, preferably from previous sales roles.
