• Job Details:Reporting to the operation Manager. -Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules. -Appointing labor and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process. -Preparing cost estimates for materials and casual worker. -Overseeing quality control throughout the extrusion process. -Ensuring achieving of production plan. -Procuring and monitoring OEE. -Updating the Production Manager on the status of orders. -Coordinating production with other departments. -Resolving labor disputes, where requested.

Shift ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Take the responsibility for the whole plant during shift.  Making sure that the production process goes within the prepared plan.  Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.  Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.  Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.  Managing employee requests and transgressions.  Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.  Coaching team members and training new staff.  Handling customer service issues and employee disputes.

Shift Leader Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Solving production defects and leading production staff, with awareness of BRC, ISO 9001, and ISO 18001
