• Job Details:• Shift master of smartcard personalization in personalization department responsible for participating in and insure the implementation on production plans , Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly, following PCI rules , supervise the preventative maintenance plan with operators weekly , Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets , Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances. • Preparing RSPL for periodic maintenance and Performed periodic maintenance • Participated in installing entrusted (datacard) card personalization production line and SAT • Perparting PCI audit documents
