Company : EHAF Consulting Engineers, Riyadh ,KSA ( http://www.ehaf.com) Main contractor : Aloula & BSCC Project : Murcia Residential Housing Project Phase-2 Client : : National Housing Company(NHC) ,Riyadh ,KSA Duties and responsibilities: ♦ To ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the drawings and specification. ♦ Inspect the RCC structure elements like Form works, Steel Detailing and Concreting pouring etc. ♦ Maintaining records of site resources, daily progress of work, inspections, construction and workshop drawings, method statements and ITPs (Inspector Testing Plans). ♦ Raise NCR for non- conformance work at site. Approve & comment on the works carried out after the inspection. ♦ Inspect reinforcement &embedded items of all PC Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels& threaded bars) according to reinforcement details. ♦ Co-ordination with Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC Engineers before pouring of concrete or execution of other works ♦ Adhere to safe working methods and report to the resident engineer for any accidents on site. Reporting and follow the task assigned by the ARE & RE and submit the daily work progress inspection report ♦ Coordinate with the laboratory technician and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.

Company : SAAD SAEED AL QAHTANI,ALKHOBAR,KSA (Info@saqco.com) Main contractor : FAST RIYADH METRO LINE 5 STATION : 5A2, 5A5 & 5A6 Project : RIYADH METRO MAINTIANCE PROJECT,PACKAGE 3(LINE 3, 4, 5 &6) Consultant : RAMPED Client : Al Riyadh Development Authority (ADA),KSA Duties and responsibilities: ♦ Supervising and execute civil works like steel reinforcement, concrete, architectural work, block work, plastering, screed, metal False ceiling, Porcelain wall tile mechanical fixing. ♦ Conduct site survey and analyze data to execute civil works. ♦ Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities. ♦ Checking Concrete tests like slump test, Temperature test, cylinder test and Unit weight test and then allowing concreting. ♦ Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation. ♦ Review and thoroughly understand design drawings and specifications. ♦ Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report. ♦ Incoming inspection of material delivered to site. ♦ Review and make variation order as per change in BOQ. ♦ Review and make recommendation to senior engineer of all Shop Drawings and quantities for accuracy. ♦ Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues (Daily submittals, inspection requests, Quality Safety, Progress, Resources, Risk, Material, and equipment’s delivered to site) ♦ Close out of NCR’. ♦ Preparing the site snag list for subcontractor. ♦ Follow-up and co-ordinate with Electro-mechanical service team (MEP) ♦ Preparation of Monthly bill for payment (invoice performer).
