• Job Details:PLANT INSPECTOR , QA/QC ENGINEER Responsible for static equipment inspection (pressure vessel , tanks , furnace , column , drum , strainer , filter & heat exchanger). Perform NDT examination procedure ( UT , MT , RT , PT , VT ). Verify the additional NDT to be performed (if required). Evaluation of NDT results of material according Codes, Standards and specifications. Review piping/tanks test packages , hydro-test of piping, pipelines, tanks and vessels. Witness and verification welders qualification, welding procedure and Procedure qualification and approval. Verify that post weld heat treatment has been done satisfactory. Supervision during fabrication , welding and erection of storage tanks. Verify traceability of materials during in process inspection.
