(Jan.2018 – Aug. 2020) • Supervised the site along with contractors, builders, suppliers and direct involvement in final handing over. • Supervised civil and architectural works on site. • Managed manpower and distributed construction supervisors and workers on multiple sites to obtain maximum productivity. • Coordinated with traffic police to extract working permits. • Implemented temporary traffic management plan for works on the street coordinating with safety officers. • Handed-over site works to both our QC Engineer and consultant (Dar Al-Handasa). Project: El-Remal Gated Compound Project Cost: 1.5 Billion SR (July 2017 – Jan. 2018) • Supervised construction works on site including both civil and architectural works. • Prepared all necessary documents for handing over the work to consultant (Dar AL- Riyadh) on site 90% at the first submit. • Provided weekly report to planning engineer regarding progress and future plans. • Achieved 94% earned value of finalized work on site. • Applied the Quality Control rules in all inspected items/elements. • Monitored the site progress and solve the technical problems on site.
