• Job Details:Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to align the planning team with the company's targets and objectives. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the planning team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established goals. • Analyze data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Build and enhance systems for order confirmation, planning systems, warehouse categorization, and overall supply chain operations. • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to order confirmation and beyond. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, ensuring prompt and effective response to all inquiries. • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, maintaining up-to-date customer information in the company's systems. • Maintain accurate records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices for seamless customer experience. • Develop and implement logistics plans to meet targets efficiently. • Create forecasts, manage inventory levels, and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as production delays, inventory shortages, or demand surges, through proactive planning and contingency measures. • Execute and follow up on inventory planning, demand planning, production planning, and material planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

• Job Details:Day to day responsibility for the Planning team. • Work with management team to support strategic and operations planning. • Maintaining and reporting on Key Performance Indicators on Planning adherence, WIP monitoring, Work Center Utilization, planning backlog, master data accuracy, customer backorder and lead time and schedule attainment. • Keeps an open line of communication with the Planning group, Leads, Production Managers and Expeditors daily. • Establish long-term production schedules and inventory analysis reports. • Lead production team consisting of supervisors, stockroom and material process leaders to ensure master schedule and customer deliveries are met. • Following up on material requirements planning, capacity planning, and production activity control. • Analyzes sales forecasts to determine short- and medium-term requirements for production resources. • Ensuring close collaboration with Supply Chain related departments to prioritize and communicate on supply planning manufacturing issues (demand vs supply planning gaps, backorder issues, unplanned events like demand reductions/increases).
