During the military service I have applied my planning skills on the project that we work on, and I have made a huge remarkable difference that increased the progress and work ability, and I have managed to finish the project before the dead line even with the lag of the checking process. In the Roche Pastry Shop I have made a simple changes in the shop designs in some occasions and used an unused tapes to make a simple flowers as a gift for customers that increased the sales to 10%, and also have brought the shop to the social media and have ran a social marketing that increased the sales to 20%, by taking care of the place where I work, I have got the promotions from a seller to a director.
