• Job Details:- plan master production schedules based on sales forecasts, production capacities, inventory policies and lead times. - Collaborated with production departments to adjust schedules due to production priorities and machine downtimes. - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. - Schedule shift according to production needs. - Prepare and submit status and performance reports. - Develop production schedules according to deadlines for existing orders and sales forecasting. - Ensure that materials are properly ordered and delivered to the jobsite. - Monitoring inventory levels, requisitioning materials and equipment, and ordering new materials when necessary. - Maintain and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) in all systems. - Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production. - Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
