Owner : 6th of october city authority. Consultant : Housing & building national research center (HBRC). Contractors : Many companies such as : GCE company , Global company and tabarek company . 2-Project : social housing project ( establishment of 10000 residential buildings ) in 6th of October, Egypt from 10 May 2016 to 21 october 2017. Contract value : 10 billion EGP. Owner : 6th of october city authority. Consultant : Housing & building national research center (HBRC). Contractors : Many companies such as: Global company ,Al Salam company and Al Khalifa company. Duties and Responsibilities : 1- Supervising the implementation of concrete and finishing works. 2- Preparation of concrete quality monitoring reports. 3- Responsible for monitoring repair works in concrete elements. 4- Preparing a weekly progress report for the director. 5- Ensure that raw materials are used according to specifications. 6- Review sample test reports. 7- Review invoices and Quantity surveying. 8- Review drawings and structural details.

Contractor : Assuit Cooperative association for construction. Duties and Responsibilities : 1- Responsible for the implementation of basic education school. 2- Follow-up the works of concrete and finishes. 3- Responsible for finishing the general site works. 4- Responsible for making invoices for subcontractors. 5- Responsible for the management of workers and equipment.
