• Job Details:Develops the Learning product vision and roadmaps, furthermore, problem statements and development plan. Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations. Responsible for overseeing the entire development process of new products, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. Oversee product quality assurance. Empower product owners with production insights and needs to enhance the process. Provide a flow of ideas, resources, and information related to his or her assigned project/product to enhance the technical process and ensure the outputs meets the required matrices and goals. Cooperates with the product owner to ensure the technical process with the assigned projects goes effectively and efficiency Keeps the L&D department updated with the recent training trends, topics & programs to ensure effective delivery & meeting the required quality of training activities Provide products details & insights to the Business Development team to help better understanding of the products
