Job Description:

 Arranging travel & accommodation, and expense reimbursements for staff and checking compliance with appropriate procedure.
 Considerable independence in decision-making on management matters delegated from MD in several/ different areas.
 MD`s budget and ensure proper guidance.
 To handle VIP complaints and prepare needed correspondence with very professional problem solving skills and abilities.
 To manage committees / weekly management meeting in terms of preparing agenda, minutes of meeting and follow up on agreed upon action items.
 To follow up with all pending issues and ensure their closure.

• I joined planning and performance unit- Data Cleansing project.
Task Description:
 Monitor agent's performance and apply needed coaching.
 Preparing schedules, vacations and breaks.
 Provide required training.
 Coordinate between TE Data management and Telecom-Egypt to ensure the agreement updates and handle problems.

 Handle applications and PCs problems with concerned Departments.
