• Job Details:Working as an HR Recruiter for white and blue collar for 3 Months -Finding suitable candidates after analyzing the job description of the open vacancy and manager recommendation, -preparing job ADs, finding suitable sources , -conducting phone interviews, then (face to face) interviews , -complete the recruitment cycle and then choose the best one. -updating job description , entering relevant data. Working as an HR training assistant With the training supervisor 3 Months -preparing annual training plan -conducting TNA for each request -setting target for each month -evaluate the operation every quarter -preparing Orientation material and present it for new employees -enter relevant data -preparing attendance sheet for each training -sourcing suitable outside Learning centers/ academies. (Off the job training) -preparing training budget by cooperating with financial and hr manager. Working in personnel and payroll for 2 Months preparing medical and social insurance Preparing new employees profile Auditing all headcount’s files Save relevant database
