• Job Details:Maintain the Study team files – CVs, GCPs trainings, etc.  Prepare the study file and amendments for submission.  Manage the study budget for trial related procedures.  Protocol monitoring and patient follow up according to protocol and GCP guidelines.  Communication with the sponsor / CRO for any study related procedure or issue.  Support the collection of medical data and recording in Case Report Forms.  Support the Investigator to answer to any query issued by the sponsor / CRO before the deadline.  Collaborates with PI and other stakeholders to ensure study is aligned with protocol and GCP guidelines.  Reporting and documentation.  Inputs data and patient information into electronic data systems EDC.  Manages the inventory of equipment and supplies related to the study and orders more as needed  Acts as a point of reference for study participants by answering questions and keeping them informed on the study progress  Schedule patients visits  Receiving IP and Kits shipments  Schedule samples shipments  Creates and/or maintains all documents and records related to the study.
