- Job Details:• Research client business referrals, networks, and web leads; • Provide prospective customers/clients with services offered; • Being responsible for reaching targets, closing sales and increasing revenues; • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers; • Being responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, while maintaining and developing clients around the region. This includes developing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and in person interviews through competency based interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers; • Being responsible for developing, managing and maintaining accurate and up to date data in our applicant tracking system; • Effectively manage the client relationship: o Properly define client expectations and develop an accurate position specification; o Ongoing liaison and communication to place search findings in perspective; o Effectively manage client expectations by creating understanding with regards to the following: Placing the market research findings versus recruitment expectations in context; Placing presented candidates versus position requirements into context. • Properly develop and implement the search strategy & process: o This involves conducting research as well as managing the research activities, i.e.: o Allocate resources and tasks which includes conducting searches; o Define roles and responsibilities of team members; o Coordinate all activities to ensure an efficient workflow. • Effectively manage all internal processes in line with company policies and procedures, which includes the following: o Candidate probing, communication and assessments; o Compilation of Long List and Short List Profiles; o Development of Assessment Questionnaire; o Conduct competency based interviews with candidates; o Negotiate offers and conduct reference checks. HR Management/Organizational Development: • Implement policies, procedures and organizational structure for the Company within the framework of corporate policy (this includes but is not limited to health, safety, security and leave policies and regulations); • Plan, staff and supervise all assigned work activities through subordinates to ensure a cohesive operational unit (Managing a team of 2); • Responsible for developing a strong team in order to deliver effectively on assignments; • Provide advice, guidance and direction to subordinates toward their professional development; • Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations; • Monitor availability and flow of personnel as well as hire, motivate and assign teams to projects in conjunction with subordinates; • Responsible for maintaining good working relationships and promoting good public relations with candidates; • Oversee implementation of organization changes and improvements.
