• Job Details:Throughout my tenure at TEKNO Consultancy, I have managed HR functions, developed and evaluated programs, provided training, and served as a member and mediator of the company’s budget committee. Since July 2021, I have led the company’s strategic plan for staff retention, which includes conducting regular performance assessments and offering personalized support and guidance to each employee. My strategic responsibilities encompass organizing, planning, creating, managing, and executing all training programs through innovative team-building activities and work-based exercises. This role is not my sole assignment. I have been involved in all management processes and practices since joining the human resources department, from attendance and absence management to becoming a member of the company’s strategic team. My skill set has expanded, I have acquired new knowledge, and I have creatively addressed challenges across all internal and external human resources departments. PROJECTS •Sudan SME Catalytic Fund Market Assessment Study- African Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF) and KfW German Development Bank, Khartoum, Sudan. •COVID-19 and Pink October awareness posters for TEKNO Consultancy. •The European Chamber of Commerce in Sudan I participated in a discussion group concerning how the private sector affects the public sector, where ECCS aims to enhance market access, improve operational conditions for member states, and strengthen economic relations between Europe and Sudan.
