- Job Details:Throughout my tenure at TEKNO Consultancy, I have managed HR functions, developed and evaluated programs, provided training, and served as a member and mediator of the company’s budget committee. Since July 2021, I have led the company’s strategic plan for staff retention, which includes conducting regular performance assessments and offering personalized support and guidance to each employee.
