• Job Details:- Assume overall responsibility for the successful execution of engineering projects within Petrojet Egypt. This involves planning, organizing, and coordinating all project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. - Utilize extensive technical knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support to project teams. Review engineering designs, specifications, and documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize project performance. - Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, providing clear direction, motivation, and support. Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork. Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and provide mentoring and coaching to enhance individual and team capabilities. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and enforce appropriate safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety awareness. Monitor environmental impacts and implement mitigation measures to minimize adverse effects. - Knowledge about process for QA/QC - Experience in using Primavera P6 software in project planning and scheduling.
