Supported floor plan updates and stand allocations using AutoCAD, optimizing the layout for smooth flow of the event. Collaborated with venue teams, internal departments, and third-party suppliers to deliver all technical aspects of the event seamlessly. Monitored and enforced health and safety compliance during build-up, show opening, and dismantling, ensuring the safety of all participants and stakeholders.

South Zone Manager

• Job Details:Overlooking multiple teams deployed in the south zone from gate scanners at two entry points into the oasis and one team at grandstand turnstiles, multiple 'Ask Yas' teams and one team in the grandstand itself for crowd management. Maintaining operational protocol during race hours, keeping strict check at gates with the right tickets and at the turnstiles ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Team Coordinator

• Job Details:Managing three teams along with the organizer at the entry point on one of the biggest locations in this event, splitting into ticketing, ushering and buggy drivers, being the first point of contact for visitors. The team had to be proactive in terms of event information, directional flow, and pertaining concerns.
