• Job Details:• Managed maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of production lines and mechanical equipment including that , Production lines 1 - triangle cheeses line 2 – jar cheeses line 3 – slices cheeses line Mechanical Equipment. Workshop - Cooling compressors, pumps, cooling towers, air conditioning, chillers ,DX unit , A.H.U , Air Dryers , boilers , Air Compressors , elevators , water& piping • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation • Carry out inspections of the facilities and machinery equipments to identify and resolve issues • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (supervisors, technician etc.) • Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. • Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. • Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities • Ensure health and safety policies are complied

• Job Details: Management Responsibilities 1. Define, propose and monitor the plans and objectives of the Industrial Services team. 2. Propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources related to Industrial Services. 3. Lead and coordinate the Industrial Service team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the teams' mission and objectives. 4. Propose and control the Industrial Service budget including the monitoring and reporting of all costs relating to energy. 5. Propose and monitor Industrial Services in accordance with the key performance indicators. Functional Responsibilities. 1. Managed maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of Production lines and Equipment Production lines CIP station - pasteurization Machines - SS tanks – pumps Equipment machines. including Cooling compressors, pumps, cooling towers, air conditioning, Amonia chillers ,DX unit , A.H.U , boilers , Air Compressors , elevators , water& piping and IWWTP industry west water treatment plant Capacity 800 M^3/ 24 Hr. 2. Establish and manage the yearly, monthly, weekly maintenance plans to ensure essential maintenance is completed within a reasonable time. 3. Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime. 4. Optimize Predictive Maintenance technologies (Condition Monitoring and inspections) to minimize unplanned downtime. 5. Ensure that all utilities (air, gasses, water, steam, water conditioning chemicals) that come, or may accidentally come, in direct contact with products are treated according to acceptance criteria for product and processes. 6. Ensure that Production, Quality Management and Engineering meet to discuss and resolve technical issues. 7. Ensure that the Industrial Services are operated, maintained, distributed and inspected in accordance with all internal and external standards, regulations and audits (e.g. boiler house, ammonia systems, pressure vessels etc.). 8. ensure the efficient conversion of energy, treatment of water and the treatment and disposal of waste 9. Ensure that the documentation is always up to date and both legal and Lactalis compliant. i.e. flow diagrams, HVAC Schematics, P&IDs, log sheets, equipment records, operating permits etc. 10. Manage all outsourced activities relating to Industrial Services. 11. Drive the energy and environmental reporting system. 12. Responsibilities relating to the installation of new Industrial Service assets: 13. ensure that new installations are designed with a high degree of flexibility to better enable the operations to adjust to a changing environment keeping in mind safety and the issues relating to the environment Key Performance Indicators • Energy consumption per ton of production. • Energy consumption per ton of steam. • Water consumption per ton of production
