• Job Details:• Responsible for all Agriculture Equipment's Maintenance and general services • Responsible for Equipment's suitable operating. • Automated the Equip.operation Planning which resulted in shorter preparation time and less waste. • Developed an optimization model for Equip.Maintenance to minimize the waste which saved 50% of the unnecessary material waste and more than 90% of the planning time. • Designed Information System; database and program logic for Equip. Maintenance and operating. • Working with more than 150 different machines for different crops. • Good in dealing with spare parts, documentary, inventory and stocking. • Experience in elector/mechanical equipment and fault finding. • Experience in electrical equipment installations and fault finding. • Experience in Inboard, outboard, shafts, gearboxes and propeller installations, IPS and Stern Drive Power Units • High regulated work environment. • Variable work pressure during day hours (high load during peak hours and seasons) Communications with other concerned departments in the company are required. • Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinates • Provides training, technical assistance and counseling. • Inspect and ensure work is completed as per approved standard. • Achieve excellence in customer service through effective planning of work.
