• Job Details:*Communicate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. *Escalate risks and concerns to management before they happen. *Estimate the time needed for the quality tasks in the projects. *Perform specialized and general testing for both La Reina Website and La Reina mobile application. *Design and develop test cases, test scripts, and checklists to verify product functionality according to the user's requirements. *Prepare and plan for staging and production, smoke test and sign off on staging and production packages. *Identify, record, document, track and test bugs, and debugging process results. *Clearly write bug reports that accurately isolate the problem and that are easy to understand by the developers. *Follow up on the test plan and the opened bugs. *Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. *Test software releases by executing assigned tests manually. *Support team with technical guidance in each level. *Work closely with developers in an agile environment to ensure a high quality product. *Basics of automation testing.
