• Job Details:Manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty outpatient clinic, including administrative, financial, clinical, and staffing responsibilities Lead the payroll and benefits team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Manage workflow systems, scheduling, and appointment scheduling through EMR, including patient check-in and registration, and insurance verification Ensure high quality patient care through utilization of evidence-based policies and procedures Manage a staff team of 20-25 full- and part-time employees Maintain positive relationships with physicians and staff Oversee the payment and collection of fees Develop and maintain reporting systems to measure and improve performance
