• Job Details:• Handles construction or installation of T&Bs, laundry areas, low, high and double walls using Macro Air Sabs • Analyzes TSDs or Technical Shop Drawings and provides instructions, exact measurements to foreman or leadman prior start of work • Ensures the incoming inspection of materials and makes sure that it complies to the general contractors’ requirement and can reject delivery if materials are found non compliance • Directly supervise Work In Process, makes sure that correct methodology is followed and conducts inspection every finish of work • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with the Company Quality Management System requirements • Ensures real time implementation of the handover process and products passed the established Quality Standards • Issues Non Conformance Report (NCR) and assists PICs in problem solving analysis and implement immediate corrective action • Verifies Corrective Action if implemented and its effectiveness • Supports the implementation of Continual Improvement Program of the company and considers elimination of the occurrence of defects and lessen material and labor cost • Supports the effective implementation of 5S principle of Good Housekeeping in the workplace • Maintain standards of safety and comply with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements. • Inspects and declares workable areas for the next activities • Updates status of the WIP, handovers and any other related to Macro walls • Authorized in rejecting and qualifying workers based on trainings and trade test at site • Holds certain activity if found workers are not capable of doing certain job and if approved methodology or work procedure or sequence is found non-conforming • Can hold activity if found materials, tools and equipment are insufficient and or damaged or non-conforming to requirements • Approves Work Activity Permits (WAP) and Work Inspection Request (WIR) concerning the Macro walls. • Prepares and responsible in the implementation of Inspection Testing Request. • Consolidates data and issues and reports all site concerns and actions taken to superiors

Production SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervises FOL (Front- Of- Line) operations – Saw scribe, Manual Die Plating and Die Attach process. • Coordinates with PC Team for the loading and planning of customers’ lots. • Make sure that the process is within specifications or released documents. • Does initial investigation and analysis of the problem/non conformance encountered and initiates immediate corrective action. • Coordinates with Process Engineering and Maintenance Team for any process abnormalities and machine related issues encountered inside the production area. • Facilitates immediate meeting with the cross functional team for major problem encountered in the line. • Perform Daily Monitoring and Supervision Production lots and make sure that it complies with the ship out date. • Conduct immediate investigation for the occurrence of incident that does not abide by the specifications. • Implement improvements on the line to eliminate occurrence of negligence inside the production line. • Information dissemination of any issued memo and any other relevant documents from relevant departments. • Reviews and approves Non-conforming Product Reports and Inspection Trouble Reports on the problem analysis and corrective/preventive actions. • Responsible on Manufacturing Manpower Organization
