• Job Details:From June 2022: MEP - Section Electrical Engineer at : RIYADH MITRO TRANSPORTATION PROJECT (RMP) • Responsible for all Electrical works which are related to infrastructure. • Follow up and monitor all Electrical & Instrument activities at site to meet the related milestones. • Monitoring Sub-contractor (OPT) related ELV System. • Progress monitoring to ensure meeting project budget and millstone. • Manpower allocation and preparing mobilization and demobilization schedule. • Preparation of commissioning and handover procedure. • Attending toolbox talk and attending safety walkthrough. • Materials – procurement and materials handling (take-off, purchasing, stores requests, materials stacking on site…) • Coordinating with safety department the implementation of all safety measures and procedures on site (daily toolbox talk, attending weekly site tours and weekly courses…). • Coordination with other departments to reach our milestones. • Follow up all snags & punch list items to hand over structures & buildings.

Senior Electrical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:From Jan 2016 – Dec 2021: Senior Electrical Engineer at AL Own Advanced contracting Co. • Follow up and monitor all Electrical & Instrument activities at site to meet the related milestones. • Conducting research on current industry trends and technology advances to identify new materials, processes, and products that can improve efficiency or safety in design projects. • Evaluating existing structures for safety, soundness, and compliance with building codes. • Preparing construction bids and proposals for clients. • Supervising contractors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines. • Drafting contracts for projects and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the process. • Inspecting work sites for code compliance and safety hazards. • Ensuring that all plans meet regulatory requirements. • Consulting with clients on design needs and providing recommendations.
