opportunities for trend analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and
budgeting requirements. Compiling executive information for senior
management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports;
making presentations of findings, analyses and drafting recommendations
Planning & Budgeting
Actively participate in budget discussion, prepare Annual Budget in
consultation with General Manager and present the same to Senior
Management & Group CFO for review & approval.
Establishes guidelines for budget preparation and leads the annual budget
process in consultation with senior leadership.
Opex. & Capex. analysis and business plan preparation
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment
with Group strategic plan.
Annual Audit
Preparation of annual financial statements for External Auditors.
Work with internal auditors during financial and operational audits.
IT Improvements
Increasing department productivity by developing automated applications;
eliminating duplications and efficient coordinating of information
requirements
Project Management
Monthly reporting of projects under construction with variance analysis on
cost and timeline.
Proper updating of data as per company project management handbook in
the SAP system and regular reporting to Group CFO & Board.
Strategy
Analyses and makes recommendations regarding strategic investments and
other key business decisions, Key contributor for Senior Leadership.
Sparring partner with the GM on all operational and strategic issues as they
arise; provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and
projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense
analysis.
Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member
of the senior management team.
