• Job Details:i worked in the customer service department . my responsibilities were how to open current and saving accounts for clients, telling the clients the procedures to take loans as personal or car loans,solving the clients problems with the ATM , helping the clients who want to make credit cards ,call the clients to update their information by KYC applications and make bank statements for clients.
