Head of Repair and MaintenanceFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for all Agriculture Equipment's Maintenance and general services.  Responsible for Equipment's suitable operating.  Automated the Equip.operation Planning which resulted in shorter preparation time and less waste.  Developed an optimization model for Equip.Maintenance to minimize the waste which saved 50% of the unnecessary material waste and more than 90% of the plan-ning time.  Designed Information System; database and program logic for Equip. Maintenance and operating.  Communications with other concerned departments in the company are required.  Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinates.  Provides training, technical assistance and counseling.  Inspect and ensure work is completed as per approved standard.  Achieve excellence in customer service through effective planning of work.  Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.  Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.  Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary).  Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors  Determine by regular inspections the service work necessary to prevent breakdowns in agriculture Equipment.  Responsible for suitable operation of the /equipment during soil preparation, planting, servicing and harvesting.  Responsible for requisitioning necessary parts for repairing and keep work going well.  Responsible for the service truck and equipment. Maintains adequate supplies, lubricating oils, grease, fuel and necessary tools to perform all field related maintenance.  Lead all staff of Mechanical Maintenance team in order to keep refinery equipment in good working condition.  Ensure that all planned preventive maintenance and lubrication schedules are executed as planned with best quality in order to eliminate/ decrease down time.  Set goals and plans such as (CAPEX & engineering modifications) of mechanical maintenance department in order to get the highest equipment reliability to achieve production targets.  Develop & implement standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as well as keeping high standard of safety for department (JSA / JSP) for all maintenance activities in order to standardize work to get optimum quality and avoid lost working days.  Monitor/review spare parts stock, in order to keep maintenance activities running without stopping and to minimize the non-moving items inside the store.  Performs other duties as assigned.
