• Job Details:Reviewing and interpreting mechanical shop drawings and IFC drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and site conditions. Monitoring the execution and progress of MEP works, with a focus on mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing). Tracking weekly progress updates for monorail stations, identifying any delays, and coordinating with stakeholders. Updating and maintaining the Primavera P6 schedule to reflect actual site progress for mechanical-related activities. Preparing recovery or revised schedules for delayed mechanical works in coordination with the planning team. Preparing weekly lookahead plans for upcoming mechanical works and site activities. Creating and updating visual dashboards and photo progress reports using Power BI, highlighting mechanical systems’ status. Preparing and delivering presentations using Prezi to communicate progress and technical findings effectively. Preparing detailed progress reports and coordinating technical documentation related to mechanical systems.
