• Job Details:-Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. -Assess cost effectiveness of projects, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. -Consult with clients, in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. -Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. -Confer with engineers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. -Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and Scheduling work.

Mechanical Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-interviewing potential workers and making sure they are appropriately hired. -Responsible for HVAC, Insulation & Chiller Pipes preparation, Assembly and modification on-site. -preparing daily updated labor sheets to sustain the workforce (about 120 worker), allocating each worker to his daily duties & supervising the process. -coordinating with several departments engineers to avoid interference. -submitting day-to-day work to the QC “Orascom” & Consultant “Dar Al-Handasah” on daily basis. -preparing material requests and coordinating with procurement from both parties for the best price/quality outcome. -preparing data sheets and As-built drawings when needed.
