• Handling all training process starting from searching for the best deals and providers till final evaluation of the training provided for both the provider and trainee/s.
• Providing and suggesting recommendations to HR Director for various programs to enhance employees’ engagement.
• Formulating, developing, implementing, and controlling new and existing HR policies and processes.
