• Job Details:Summary of Duties : - Manage shopping malls design process - Establish Shopping Mall Design Brief and Guidelines - Arrange the meeting/participate in meetings to discuss design and delivery issues and status - Review all design phases: Concept, Schematic,Design Development, Tender Drawing and Detail Drawing - Assess the candidate consultant - Establish and provide the consultant deliverable schedule and monitoring, consultant design provision nor term of reference of consultant package of work, and to provide and establish the consultant design report. - To review the design and ensure all the comments, client input well accommodate by the consultant and incorporate to the review stage. - To ensure the architecture design workable to accommodate the MEP space, structure dimension and other engineering requirements. - Review the Architecture material specification by the candidate architecture material supplier, establish and provide the comparison report. - Attended meeting with Mall Operated to accommodate the shopping mall requirement by lessor and leasing division - Report Design status of Shopping Mall to General Manager Project
