• Job Details:Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, TCMs and the channel partners Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitor Drives alignment and teamwork within a team, department, or across organizational boundaries. Product ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive - Prioritise product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research - Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products - Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products - Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering and oversee product development - Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders and develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements - Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Software and SaaS products, solutions, and cloud services. - The overall company budgeting and projections with regard to expenditure - Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development. - Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise. Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability - Develop sales tools and sales training material and negotiate with suppliers - Customer and End-User Support; whereby, create and deliver product presentations and demonstrations of the software and SaaS products to organisations and individuals and track customer and end-user feedback. - Coordination on hands-on work on marketing and advertising the products; mainly, digitally and determining product specifications. Thus, develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand - Define the long-term strategy of the product and create product road map - Prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity - Develop pricing strategies and product policies and determine product packaging solutions. - Project managing the launching process of all the products. - Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
