    • Job Details:For 5 months I got the opportunity to work on my first cancer research project titled (The impact of transcription silencing of (WEE-1) gene on chemo-resistance to doxorubicin in rat model lymphoma). This project had a great impact on improving my in-vivo practical work on rat animal model beside also improving the in-vitro part focusing on multiple techniques like (si-RNA transfection/ RNA extraction/ q-real time Pcr/ real time Pcr analysis) also this project enhanced my writing skills while working on my graduation thesis that was submitted at the end of the semester receiving (A) on it.
