- Job Details:Lead a monitoring ATMs network team that controls 3,500 machines of total network that contains more than 7,000 machines. Working on solving faults remotely, follow up with engineers on site and replenishment of the machines. Send remotely commands on ATMs to bring ATM in service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to dispatch new software updates and images on ATMs and follow up to detect if any abnormal behavior appears. Coordinate between parties (engineers, technicians and communication agent) to solve faults. Developing the monitoring systems, tools and techniques with vendors. Do software testing in our ATM lab with vendors companies. Report total number of in service and out of service machines daily. Report the causes of unfit machines daily. Report of total number of transactions and amount of money withdrawal and deposited through our ATMs network on weekly and monthly basis. Report transactions history for all ATMs daily. Report all retracted customer’s cards daily. Report ATMs network performance daily. Report score card for my team performance daily. Follow up with vendors company for chronic faults repeated on ATMs. Follow up with vendors for spare parts required for each ATM. Follow up with vendors for ATM replenishments and amount of cash required for each. Follow up with IT and communication department for incidents related to ATMs. Follow up with our warehouse for new installation machines. Follow up with our customers complaints on CRM system related to their transactions through ATM. Check ATM transactions journals, logs and camera records to replay for customers complaints.
