• Job Details:Monitor on invoices collected amounts to reduce bad debts and increase company revenue. Monitor payment methods through specific system to ensure payments are collected. Follow up on financial cycle of the active customer through report generated from the it to ensure accuracy of collection. Preparing periodically reports for monitoring the payments/bad debt trends. Monitor daily actions to minimize any daily complaints.

• Job Details:Provide advanced customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software. Analyze, research, and resolve end-user escalation incidents or issues and troubleshooting with other IT support staff; escalate as necessary.
