• Job Details:Establish progress & improvements in the quality management system through achieved projects. Representing Organization in third & Second party audits related to QMS, HSE & EMS systems. Planning the monthly HSE internal training and self-conduct internal training sessions for operational and managerial staff. "Technical & HSE Management courses " Develop Quality, health and safety and environment policies, procedures and communicate it through the organization. Develop organization safety behavior & create tools to improving employee’s safety attitude. Establish root cause analysis for incidents with technical team. Assist divisions in raising the improvement rate related to quality assurance systems, internally investigate complaints to put recommend solutions. Provide support in the form of coaching and monitoring to HSE Plant management. Help organization to conduct risk / impact assessment and monitor the effectiveness of selected controls with all departments. Preparing job safety analysis (JSA) and job safety practices (JSP). Investigate work accidents, injuries, and incidents /near misses statistically to determine root causes, preventive measures and to share findings in the form of Best. Identify & Monitoring QHSE objectives implementation & achievements action plans. Identify the specifications of safety equipment, ensuring that proper features are present and that items conform to health and safety standards. Follow up plans and specifications for installations of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all QHSE requirements have been met. Monitor the proper use of PPE'S through work activities & testing PPE’S and identifies the safety specifications of PPE based on job analysis & risk assessment. Monitor the implementation of HSE monthly action plan & report progress. Collecting data of monthly safety key performance indicators (KPI'S) (severity, frequency, accidents direct and root cause analysis). Conduct safety and environment internal audit cycle on each activities based on international Standard (occupational health and safety OHSAS 18001- EMS ISO 14001 Approve and follow up safe work at field by insure effective implementation of work permits. Follow up complying with all legal requirements related to environment & safety. Monitor and environmental performance through the environmental measurements in sites. Dealing with external parties like Egyptian environmental affairs agency and safety industrial offices related to any infractions and negotiation. Identify specification of fire system (fire zone alarm- fire extinguisher line -pumping) Principles of assessing and managing contractors. Technical Assessment. Of Work Permits – Hot Work, Working at heights, Excavations, LOTO, Confined Space Entry including gas testing.  Establish Health & Safety Plans, Environmental Plans, Emergency Response Plans, QHSE Incentive Plan, Fire Prevention & Protection Plan, Preventive and Corrective actions.  Plan for QHSE Training Needs Analysis, Training Courses, Audit/ Inspection Programs, Equipment Color Codes and Work Procedures.  Provide training on designing firefighting systems (fire detectors- pipe lines –fire extinguishers).  Design fire controls program & evacuation plans for organization.  Review and update emergency plan as per the updated status.  Set & implement the plans of emergency drills & set the corrective actions for noncompliance behaviors as an output for drills.  Design emergency teams & Plans (fire- evacuation- first aid) and keep updated teams.  Conduct practical firefighting training in biogas station (Methane stations) & other activities. Prepare environmental performance indicators (KPI'S).  Reporting HSE training results (training KPI'S).  Adherence to the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with QMS I 9001, EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001. Preparing QHSE Status Report (KPI’S) including the status of improving areas this is through the internal audit cycles.  Establishing internal audit plan for all activities based on international standard (Quality management system (9001 18001 / 14001)  Follow up the corrective actions of nonconformities of internal/external audits.  Prepare monthly reports to the top management concerning the HSE performance.  Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company in order to attain customer satisfaction.  Analysis for all data in HSE to give full image for the organization safety behavior. QA- HSE &IMS; ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:IMS & HSE -Establishing a yearly HSE, IMS and training plans.. -Performing legal & other requirements compliance control. -Assisting in HSE supervision on site and conducting monthly HSE meetings. -Providing HSE trainings to all employees. -Conducting Root Cause Analysis on HSEQ incidents. -Assisting in Job Hazard Analysis and HSE Risk assessment of management of change. -Participate Conducting HSE and IMS internal auditing. -Follow up the Implementation of Emergency drills. -Establish system for monitoring status of implementation of air liquide standards in all branches (Riyadh – Jeddah-Dammam) QA & IMS management systems document control -Distributing new subsidiary Quality & IMS documents to all users, -Distributing revised subsidiary Quality & IMS documents to all users with removal -Instructions for the version that has been superseded, -Implementing a process to ensure only “controlled” subsidiary Quality &IMS; documents are Used in work activities. -Maintaining current lists of reviewers and approvers, -Updating the names in the distribution list by functions in order to distribute subsidiary Quality &IMS; documents to the relevant persons. -Maintaining a master list of all subsidiary IMS documents identifying the current revision, -Assigning document number -Serving as the interface with the SIS Department Document Control Manager on documentation issues.

HSE & Sustainability ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Manage & implement safety system at factory. - Apply Safety & environmental standards.( Heinz Standards) - Apply Safety & Environmental standards ( International standards 18001-14001). - Represent organization in front of customers for third party audits. - Manage and approve contractors and follow up contractor's works. - Implement sustainability plan (According to Heinz's sustainability improvement plan). - Review the compliance with Heinz's safety improvement plan at factory. - Identify projects for upgrading and improving the safety at factory ( according to the risk assessment) and absence controls. *Samples of achievements projects: 1- Design layout for emergency escape exits ( Emergency doors with panic devices ) : fixIing (7 ) emergency doors. 2- Design human routs (floor marking) with color walkways and physical routs. 3- Upgrade fire fighting system (Hydrant system) inside the factory. 4- Improve access tools (ladders & stairways) for working at height points ( This by risk assessment). - Establish risk assessment for all areas at factory ( Working at heights - Confined spaces- Electrical isolation ( LOTO )- Electrical devices ( portable & fixed ). - Identify areas of working with work permits and identify access persons. - Apply inspection for warehouse racking system and upgrade with new. - Apply out of service cards with colors for all risk areas and tools. - Conduct training and awareness for all employees (operational & staff ). - Reporting EHS KPI's to the top management and the corporate.
