• Job Details:I was assigned in MOMP by direct orders of the late, Brig. Mohamed El Assar as vice chairman of board for military factories 99 and 360 till April 2020 to implement new methods to enhance the factories production, quality, sales and HR. On May 2020, I was transferred to NOMP to implement industrial engineering methodology for all 17 factories of MOMP

• Job Details:- Study all bids and tenders to put appropriate prices. - Follow up on engineers site trips. - Manage the purchase and transportation of all required materials for the project in hand. - Ensure enhancing safety at all times. - Set time schedule with client. - Monitor daily or weekly activity with engineer in charge. - Ensure best possible quality according to appropriate code of ethics. - Ensure removing any obstacle that may delay project progress. - Ensure and maintain all equipment in the plant and/or site. - Train new engineers and technicians. - Follow up financial progress with financial manager.

Maintenance Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:- Setting electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance program for all plant equipment. - Troubleshoot all failures and remedy them to minimize production loss time. - Ensure safe working environment. - Develop PLC program for paint shop and conveyors. - Train new engineers and technicians. - Annually evaluate engineers and technicians. - Weekly reporting to Production Manager - Monthly reporting to Plant Manager - Establish and monitor maintenance warehouse containing prone failure components and spare parts.
