• Job Details:• Delivering tailored training solutions to the corporate employees, to help enlarge their skill use and capability inside and outside the organization. • Helping undergraduate students to develop their skills and knowing their career path by delivering trainings and attend events as a speaker.

HR Training and Development SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Corporate Trainer: develops& design and deliver trainings (ex: Presentation skills -conflict management- communication skills -problem solving). • Team-building Facilitator for all staff. • Responsible for the supervisory layer development program in TEData. • Program Manager for TEData Academy Internship Program by interviewing& assessing and allocating trainees in the suitable departments as per their capabilities, and also trainee’s payroll – graduation and evaluation. • Program manager for English Language Program for TEData staff. • Program manager for TEData technical trainings for all TEData employees in terms of (consultation-approve- reject) their requests according to TEData Training policy. • Owner for both HR Activity Budget and Technical Trainings Budget. • Responsible for updating the trainings policy and process. • Program Manager for TEData MBA Program for the managers. • Managing two Training and Development Senior Specialists in terms of (Objectives setting- performance tracking- PDR evaluation and discussion).
